The famous contemporary Quanzhou artist Cai Guoqiang's art fireworks drone performance was held in Quanzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone on the evening of Dec 8, which was the first time Cai used cAI™, an artificial intelligence project.

This show is divided into five acts, to commemorate the release of the conceptual design for the Quanzhou Museum of Contemporary Art, which is the first building of the world-famous architect Frank Owen Gehry in China, and showcase Cai Guoqiang's gratitude for the nurturing of his hometown land and culture.

In the first act, it is the most difficult to implement with 900 drones forming two towers 99 meters high and 22 meters wide, crossing the nearly two kilometers of the strait against the wind. This is an "extreme operation" for drones. The East and West Pagodas are the source of Cai Guoqiang's creative inspiration, which he usually uses for artistic creation.

The second act, Frank Gehry's manuscript witnessed the friendship between Cai Guoqiang and the world's top architect.

800 white flashing fireworks created dazzling stars, lighting up the night sky.

The fourth act is a collaboration between Cai Guoqiang and AI. On the 400-meter-long discharge line, erythrina flowers bloomed from right to left and from bottom to top, which means climbing and growing up step by step, creating breathtaking scenery.
