Located on the south side of Bolan Avenue in Jinjiang, a county-level city in Quanzhou, the project is 8 kilometers from Jinjiang High-speed Railway Station and 6 km from Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport, with convenient transportation.

It covers a total planned area of 180.7 mu (12.05 hectares), with a building area of 100,000 square meters.

It is the first convention center project in the country to be built using a public-private partnership (PPP) funding model.

The project was designed by Ni Yang, designer of the China Pavilion of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. Upon completion, it will provide 2,000 indoor booths, 5,600 sq m of outdoor booths, and 1,246 parking spaces.

It will become the third largest exhibition center in the province, and it will be a domestic first-class exhibition center and conference reception center with advanced facilities.
