Quanzhou Arts and Crafts Vocational College is sponsored by the Quanzhou government and is a public full-time higher vocational college. The 39-year-old college, known as an "advanced unit of national art education", has trained more than 30,000 high-end talents in the field of arts and crafts, with more than 100 graduates having been awarded as provincial-level masters of ceramic art and masters of craft.

The college's in-depth integration of industry and education has built three provincial-level professional groups excellent in arts and crafts, and cultural creativity, serving the industrial and technological innovation chains of materials research and development, product creativity, design, management, marketing and crafts industry. School-enterprise cooperation has guaranteed the implementation of a "dual system" to cultivate comprehensive development of moral, physical, aesthetic and labor talents.

Quanzhou Arts and Crafts Vocational College has conducted comprehensive foreign exchanges and cooperation, and has received more than 2,000 foreign guests from 110 countries to date. The college has won second prize for national teaching achievements and dozens of national awards, such as Ceramic Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Collaborative Innovation Center and Cultural Creativity Professional Group Production Training Base.
