Quanzhou resumes flights to Wuhan

Shenzhen Airlines flight ZH8777 took off from Quanzhou Jinjiang International Airport in Quanzhou, a city in East China’s Fujian province at 10:40 am on April 8 and arrived at Wuhan Tianhe International Airport in Wuhan in Central China's Hubei province at 12:25 pm.

Officials said this was the first passenger flight from Quanzhou to Wuhan after the city's novel coronavirus lockdown was lifted.

They added that Shenzhen Airlines has been paying close attention to the recovery information for Wuhan's transportation and making sufficient preparations for reopening the air transport channel for people's travels in Wuhan.

In addition to resuming round flights from Wuhan to Quanzhou, flights from other places to Wuhan have also resumed, including flights to Shenzhen, Hohhot, Shenyang, Nanning and Lanzhou.
